Chocolate Brownie Recipe






Materials

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1 glass of water Milk
  4. 1 cup of sunflower oil
  5. 1 packet of vanilla
  6. 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  7. 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  8. 1 packet of baking powder
  9. 1 cup of flour + 2 tablespoons of flour




To grease the cake :

Tables poon of oil

For the sauce:


1 glass of milk (you can increase the amount of milk if you want more wet)

4 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teacup of oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

How is it done?

1-) In the deep bowl, transfer the eggs and sugar.

2-) Whisk until the sugar melts and the mixture becomes creamy.

3-) Then add milk and oil into it.

4-) Add the vanilin as well. Add and mix again.

5-) Strain the cocoa, baking powder and flour to avoid lumps.

6-) Ad to the mixture.

7-) Whisk well onw last time.

😎 After pouring the mixture into a greased, heat-resistant bowl, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

9-) Transfer milk, powdered sugar in a saucepan to soak the cake.

10-) Add the oil.

11-) Mix cocoa and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

12-) When it boils, remove from heat.

13-) Pour the sauce we prepared on the stove on the cake that comes out of the oven and wait for it to shrink.

14-) After slicing the softly wet cake with the inside of the sauce like a sponge, sprinkle it with net almonds and consume it with your loved ones.
